We look forward to welcoming you to the striking St Olaf Chapel which dates from the 15th century. It is believed to be one of the oldest standing structures in Amsterdam. This impressive historical venue for our conference is located in the NH Collection Hotel Barbizon Palace. It's in the perfect location opposite Amsterdam Central Station and is within walking distance to the historical and cultural attractions.

The National Maritime Museum 
WELCOME RECEPTION
Tuesday 6th November 2018

Make sure to arrive in Amsterdam early on Tuesday 6th November to join us at The National Maritime Museum for our welcome reception. This magnificent venue was built during the Dutch Golden Age as a warehouse for the Admiralty of Amsterdam. It exudes history and is an impressive symbol of how important the sea and sea trade is for the history of Dutch culture. You will be collected by boat from CS - Sint Nicolaaskerk, directly opposite the hotel at 6pm and return back to the harbour at 10:30pm. It will be a great opportunity to get to know the other participants!
